"Difficulty Obtaining Certificate After Passing The Completed Course"
I am very disappointed with the course, because upon completion with a passing score, I am unable to print my certificate out, because only half of the certificate is shown. I have made a number of attempts by email to inform someone to let them know of the glitch that is in their system only to not receive a reply. This is highly unacceptable and I would really appreciate some assistance in getting this matter resolved.

very not user friendly when trying to find the take test button, theres none to be found. so frustrating!! Sound was also super quiet even with my computer turned all the way up.

The course itself is well done and the information is pertinent. Unfortunately it is very difficult to work within the screens as the buttons we are instructed to click on are not apparent. I am not certain how I was able to advance at times because I do not know what I clicked on to progress. This is very frustrating and is the only drawback.
